Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

What you do to Educate Potential Clients

What you do to Educate Potential Clients! Don’t just talk until your blue in the face, give them some proof of what your telling them. Send them to at least 3 different sources, tell them to read the content and get back to you.

Sometimes it is a harsh thing to do when you want to win over a client, and yes, there is a 50/50 chance that you will lose them. However, my experience has shown me that sometimes, tough-love for your potential client will win their respect for you.

When you have a clients trust in your hands, it is much easier to direct traffic, so-to-speak.

Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It’s the foundational principle that holds all relationships. – by Stephen R. Covey

I have come across a lot of clients, that have serious trust issues because of a bill of goods they were sold. Whether they misinterpreted what was said to them or not, clarity today, must make its leap of faith in your favour. If this does not happen, you have to learn from the mistake, correct it, and do better next time.

But always remember, like many say and quote today, “Never Give Up”; yes you will fail before you succeed, but when you succeed, you can then share with others.

There is never one solution for all, but much like the three musketeers used to say, back in the day, “One for All and All for One” could be interpreted as a mete-fore to work together and trust in each other.
